Particle Zoo Inquiry Site
Complete the ONE of the following tasks in pairs and email the answers to the task below. Be prepared to share your finding in small groups and with class as a whole.
1. Compare the characteristics of sub sub atomic particles. What information do we know about these interesting and somewhat odd particles?
2. How do particle physicists observe these particles? What evidence has been collected to determine what we do know about these particles?
3. Describe one research project that is currently underway in regard to particle physics. What could be the potential benefits/limitations of this project?
